Read

Select a folder to list all its .md files. Open them in tabs like a browser. Click the table of contents to jump to a section in long documents.

Render

The frontmatter collapses into a card so you do not have to stare at a wall of YAML. Note, Tip, Important, Warning, and Caution callouts look distinct. Mermaid diagrams render directly. Code blocks have syntax highlighting. Line numbers sit outside the scroll area so they stay put when you scroll horizontally. It supports footnotes, tables, and task lists.

Fix misaligned Chinese in ASCII diagrams

AI often generates ASCII diagrams. CJK characters in monospace fonts take up 1.6 spaces instead of 2, breaking the alignment in most readers. ezMD scales only CJK characters to take exactly two spaces. Alphanumeric and box-drawing characters remain unchanged.

Rendered diff

If a script or AI modifies your file in the background, ezMD notifies you. It highlights the differences on the rendered view instead of showing a raw source code diff.

Edit

Press ⌘E to open the editor next to the preview. Scroll one side, and the other syncs. It stays smooth even with massive files.

GitHub

Open a repo and treat it like a local folder. Save your changes to create a commit automatically. Your token stays in the Keychain on this Mac.

Export

Save as PDF or HTML. The layout matches exactly what you see on the screen.

Interface language

English, Traditional Chinese, and Simplified Chinese. It defaults to your system language. You can change it in the settings, and it updates immediately without a restart.

選一個資料夾，裡面的 .md 全部列出來，可以像瀏覽器那樣開分頁。長文件按一下目錄就跳到那一段。

排版

frontmatter 收成一張卡片，不用再盯著一整片 YAML。Note、Tip、Important、Warning、Caution 五種提示框的輕重分得出來。Mermaid 直接畫出來，程式碼有語法上色，行號放在捲動區外面所以左右捲不會跑掉。腳註、表格、待辦清單也都認。

中文框線圖不再歪掉

AI 很愛畫框線圖，但中文字在等寬字體裡是 1.6 格不是 2 格，所以在任何閱讀器上都是散的。ezMD 只把中日韓的字放大到剛好兩格，英數跟框線字元不動。

腳本或 AI 在背景改過你的檔案，ezMD 會告訴你，並且把差異標在排好版的畫面上，不是丟兩份原始碼給你比。

改

按 ⌘E 叫出編輯區，跟預覽並排。捲其中一邊，另一邊會跟著。十幾萬字的檔案也一樣順。

把 repo 指定進來，用起來跟本機資料夾一樣。改完存檔，自動變成一個 commit。權杖只留在這台 Mac 的鑰匙圈裡。

存成 PDF 或 HTML，排版跟你在畫面上看到的一樣。
