Common questions

The app is empty when I open it

This is normal on the first launch. ezMD runs in a sandbox and cannot see your files until you pick a folder. Click the folder icon at the top left and select a folder containing Markdown files.

My folder is gone after a restart

Click the folder button and choose it again. If this happens every time, let me know. The app is supposed to remember your choice.

I paid but Pro is not active

Press ⌘, to open Settings and click Restore Purchases. If it still does not work, forward your Apple receipt to me and I will fix it.

The GitHub panel asks for a token

ezMD needs a fine-grained personal access token from GitHub. The link in the panel takes you to the creation page with the correct settings pre-filled. Your token stays in the local Keychain and only connects to GitHub.

How do I get a refund?

Apple handles all purchases and refunds. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com to request one. If Apple rejects it and you feel that is unfair, email me.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the App Store, click your account, go to Settings, and find Subscriptions. Canceling stops the next charge. You keep Pro until your current billing period ends.

System requirements

ezMD requires macOS 14 Sonoma or newer.

打開 app 後畫面是空的

第一次打開都是這樣。ezMD 有沙盒保護，除非你親自選好資料夾，不然它看不到任何檔案。點一下左上角的資料夾圖示，選一個裡面有 Markdown 檔案的資料夾就好。

重開之後資料夾不見了

請用資料夾按鈕再選一次。如果每次重開都不見，麻煩寫信跟我說，這功能原本應該會自動記住的。

已經付費了，Pro 卻還是鎖住的

按 ⌘, 打開設定，點擊「回復購買」。如果還是沒有用，請把 Apple 的收據寄給我，我來處理。

GitHub 面板要我填 token

ezMD 需要 GitHub 的 fine-grained 存取權杖。點面板裡的連結會直接幫你開好網頁，該勾的權限也都填好了，產生後貼上來就好。你的 token 只會存在這台 Mac 的鑰匙圈裡，而且只會拿來連 GitHub。

可以退費嗎？

付費是透過 Apple 處理的，退費也要找 Apple。請到 reportaproblem.apple.com 申請。如果 Apple 不給退，而你覺得很不合理，請寫信給我。

怎麼取消訂閱？

打開 App Store，點你的帳號，進去設定裡找訂閱項目。取消之後下個月就不會再扣款，但已經付費的這段期間還是可以繼續用 Pro。

支援哪些 Mac？

只要系統是 macOS 14 Sonoma 或是更新的版本都可以。

ezMD 需要使用 GitHub 的 fine-grained 访问令牌。点面板里的链接会直接打开网页，需要勾选的权限都已经填好了，生成后粘贴过来即可。你的 token 只保存在这台 Mac 的钥匙串里，并且只跟 GitHub 通信。

能退款吗？

交易是通过 Apple 完成的，退款也得找 Apple。请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请退款。如果被 Apple 拒绝，而你觉得不合理，可以写信给我。

怎么取消订阅？

打开 App Store，点你的头像，进设置里找订阅。取消后下个周期就不会再扣钱了，但当前已经付过钱的周期内依然能用 Pro。
